publication, each paper MUST have at least one paid
full registration by the registration deadline.
Papers that do not adhere to this requirement will
be excluded in the proceedings.
One regular registration can cover a paper at least
10 pages, including all figures, tables, and
references. One regular registration with one or
more additional papers has only ONE hard copy.

Note :
1. Each paid registration covers only one paper; you
can pay Additional Paper Fee for one more paper from
the same first author who already has a paid
registration.

4. At least one author for each accepted final paper
must pre-register.
5. Other co-authors or accompanying person can
register as the listener.
6. One Day Tour is optional for all participants (on
payment basis).
7. Only the first author is student could enjoy
student registration fee.
8. Please take care of your safety and all personal
belongings, and wear your name tags during the whole
conference. No responsibility or liability is
accepted by conference organizer in respect of any
loss or damage.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund,
the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment
refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment
refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

The organizing committees reserves the right to
change the dates and place of the conference due to
force majeure.
Personal Reason
The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation
where could not attend the conference is prevented
by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal
reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems,
health issues, financial default etc.
No Show
In the event of no-show, the author will, in all
cases, be required to pay 100% of the value
(including VAT).
Safety Tips
Take care of your belongings during the conference.
The organizer is NOT responsible for the loss.
Always wear your conference badge all the time.
There’ll be no access without a badge.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in registration fee,
the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we
advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. Except
the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms
nearby.
